CROSS COUNTRY ROUNDUP 10-24-08: Eagles take 17th at Mt. SAC
Comments 0 | Recommend 0At Walnut, the Excelsior boys finished 17th in Division V at the Mt. San Antonio College Invitational, led by Keith Carlson’s time of 19 minutes, 57 seconds.

DURTSCHI FINISHES FIRST: At Walnut, Burroughs’ Jenny Durtschi took first in a girls Division III varsity race at the Mt. SAC Invitational. Durtschi ran 19:21 to break the school record at the Mt. SAC course.
Her teammate Jennifer Speer followed with a fourth-place finish as the Burros took seventh. The boys were 21st in the Division III sweepstakes.
